      We start by answering a call that's coming in on Aircall.

      Now we're on the call, the default tab lets us add comments. My assumption is these are used to add notes about the call.

      We can easily put the call on and off hold by clicking the pause button in the top menu.

    • Keypad

      We can also access a keypad in case we need to type any numbers.

    • Transfer

      From the transfer menu, we can transfer the call to another agent on our team.

    • Call ended

      Once we end a call, we can optionally rate the quality of it.
