There are quite a few places we can find a help button in the app, but in this case, we find one in a transactions details page.

Before we contact support, we have the options to read the FAQs, so we do that.

We now try the "Message us" option in the help menu.

We can now select a reason for our message from a list of possible reasons.

Add and send message
Here we can add our message and send it.

Call us
The final option in the help menu is "Call us," which isn't that common from what I've seen. Tapping this triggers the default iOS call modal.
