I tried seeing if I could downgrade by clicking on the "Change plan" button, but there was no option to downgrade there.

At the bottom of this page, we can select one of four options. Two being prominent (Contact Dropbox support and Change my Dropbox plan)
The one we want is "I still want to downgrade" so we click on that.
How can we help you
Now we're asked to select a reason as to why we're downgrading. We can't continue without selecting a reason.
Another attempt to persuade us not to downgrade
I assume this attempt to persuade us not to downgrade is based on the reason we selected in the previous page. In this case, it's about the price.
To continue, we select "I still want to downgrade" which is the less prominent of the two options. The other being to sign up to the annual plan, which would save us 17% as opposed to the monthly plan we're currently on.
